Training Programs

The HAF Program (Coming Soon!)

HAF's flagship template bundle is comprised of 3 different programs designed to make you faster, stronger, or both.

Phase I: Fast AF

A program dedicated to improving general aerobic fitness, general speed and power, and upper body hypertrophy.

Phase II: Strong AF

A program dedicated to improving your strength numbers in the core lifts, while developing higher aerobic fitness.

Phase III: Hybrid AF

A program dedicated to improving your 5k/10k running ability and maximal strength with a balanced approach. 


Beginner Programs

Follow a templated plan designed to introduce you to Hybrid training, no matter your background.

Strength-to-Endurance

Program designed to introduce the power-sport or strength-type athlete to endurance training, all while maintaining strength and power. If you can't go run more than a few minutes without feeling like you're going to throw up your insides, this is the program for you.

Endurance-to-Strength

Program designed to introduce the endurance athlete to resistance training while maintaining aerobic fitness. If you've (almost literally) have never held a weight  before, this is the place to start. Minimal time investment for huge returns in force production and lowered risk of injury.
